A. Eligibility & Registration

Enrolment in our sessions (Complete Grooming, Group Discussion Mastery, Personal Interview Prep, and Hybrid Communication) is open to students, job aspirants, working professionals, and corporate nominations. Participants must provide accurate personal and academic credentials during registration.

B. Code of Conduct during Live Sessions

• Participants are required to maintain strict professional decorum, respect fellow attendees, and adhere to trainer instructions.
• Disruptive behavior, unauthorized audio/video recording of live training modules, or misuse of training materials will result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.
• Punctuality is mandatory for both physical offline batches and interactive online webinars.

All content published on this website and distributed during training workshops—including workbooks, presentation slides, mock interview question banks, GD guidelines, logos, and taglines ("TRANSFORM SKILLS. ELEVATE IMPACT.")—are the exclusive intellectual property of Impact You.

Reproduction, commercial distribution, or public broadcasting of Impact You course materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal legal action.

• Enrolment Confirmation: Seat allocation in signature training batches is confirmed upon receipt of designated registration fees.
• Cancellation Window: Fee refund requests made 7 days prior to batch start date are eligible for a 90% refund.
• Post-Commencement: No refunds are issued once a participant has attended 2 or more active training modules.
